First of all, I want to congratulate you on completing another school year. I also want to congratulate you on completing art projects virtually. I am thankful that we can connect through technology. I love opening my mailbox and receiving pictures of your masterpieces. I hope art has been a way for you to express your emotions, feelings, and a way to pass the time. I know it has for me! For those of you wondering about your art and when you will get it, I plan to distribute art when we return for the next school year. If you are a 6th grader, I will send out more information about picking up your art portfolio also at the beginning of the new school year. If you have a younger sibling, I will send your art home with them.
Lastly, I miss you all very much! I miss teaching art in the classroom and seeing your smiling faces. We will get there soon! Take care and have a safe & memorable summer!
This week, take time and check out the CVESD VAPA You Tube Channel! Don’t forget to have your parents subscribe!
